Be constructive
Challenge ideas without attacking people. Explain your reasoning, assume good faith when possible, and make room for different experiences.
Keep people safe
Harassment, threats, hate speech, targeted abuse, doxxing, sexual exploitation, or encouragement of harm are not allowed.
Share responsibly
Do not post illegal material, private information, malware, scams, or content you do not have the right to share. Clearly disclose meaningful conflicts of interest.
No spam or manipulation
Do not flood discussions, impersonate others, artificially coordinate engagement, or use the community primarily for unsolicited promotion.
Stay useful and on topic
Choose the most relevant category, use a clear title, search before posting duplicates, and add enough context for others to respond thoughtfully.
Report problems; do not escalate them
Use the forum reporting tools when something needs moderator attention. Public pile-ons and retaliatory behavior make problems harder to resolve.
Moderation
Moderators may move, edit, close, or remove content and may limit or suspend accounts when necessary. Decisions consider context, severity, patterns of behavior, and community safety. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal without prior warning.
